Stock Transfer

The Stock Transfer section in Lutrack Inventory allows you to seamlessly manage and track the movement of inventory between different warehouse or store locations.

How to transfer stocks between warehouses/stores #

To create a new stock transfer in Lutrack Inventory, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Stock Transfer from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the blue Add New Stock Transfer button.
  3. Fill in the stock transfer details:
    • Invoice Number: Enter the invoice number, or leave it blank to generate automatically.
    • Warehouse: Select the warehouse from which the stock is being transferred.
    • Stock Transfer Date: Select the date of the stock transfer.
  4. Add products to the transfer:
    • Use the search bar to find and select the products by name, item code, or barcode.
    • Enter the quantity for each product. The unit price, discount, tax, and subtotal will be calculated automatically.
  5. Enter additional details:
    • Terms & Conditions: Review or modify the default terms and conditions.
    • Notes: Add any additional notes for the stock transfer.
    • Order Status: Select the status of the order from the dropdown menu.
    • Order Tax: Select the applicable tax for the order.
    • Discount: Enter any discount amount.
    • Shipping: Enter the shipping cost.
  6. Review the order summary:
    • Check the Order Tax, Discount, Shipping, and Grand Total to ensure all details are correct.
  7. Save the stock transfer:
    • Click the blue Save button to finalize and save the stock transfer.

Stock Transfer Overview #

The Stock Transfer Overview panel in Lutrack Inventory provides a comprehensive view of all your stock transfer transactions. Here’s how to navigate and use this panel:

  1. Navigate to Stock Transfer from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on Stock Transfer to access the Stock Transfer Overview panel.
  3. Overview of Stock Transfers Table:
    • Invoice Number: Displays the unique invoice number for each stock transfer.
    • Warehouse: Indicates the warehouse from which the stock is being transferred.
    • Stock Transfer Date: Shows the date the stock transfer was made.
    • Stock Transfer Status: Displays the current status of the stock transfer (e.g., Confirmed, Pending).
    • Total Amount: Shows the total amount for each stock transfer.
    • Paid Amount: Indicates the amount that has been paid.
    • Due Amount: Shows any remaining amount due.
    • Payment Status: Displays the payment status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid).
  4. Actions for Each Stock Transfer:
    • Click on the three vertical dots under the Action column to perform various actions on a stock transfer:
      • View: View detailed information about the stock transfer.
      • Edit: Edit the details of the stock transfer.
      • Delete: Delete the stock transfer.
      • View Payments: See the payment history for the stock transfer.
      • Add New Payment: Add a new payment for the stock transfer.
      • Download Invoice: Download a PDF copy of the invoice.
      • Print Invoice: Print the invoice directly.
  5. Filtering and Searching Stock Transfers:
    • Use the search bar at the top to search for stock transfers by invoice number, warehouse name, or date range.
    • Use the tabs to filter stock transfers by their status: Transferred or Received.
